servifold-app started as a practical question: what does a small service business actually need online? Not a website plus a bolted-on CRM plus a payment platform plus a chatbot — just one system, built to be owned outright by the person running the business. Here's how we approached it, and what it looks like in production.

Ownership
Most CRM tooling for small businesses is rented, not owned: a monthly subscription, a vendor's server, and a painful export process the day you want to leave. We designed servifold-app around the opposite assumption — the database lives on the client's own domain, under their own hosting, from day one. There's no platform standing between the business and its own client list.
Under the hood
A website built for search visibility from the ground up — not templated, and not stitched together from a page builder and plugins. An admin panel on its own private address for managing bookings, client history, and content. Underneath, the quiet infrastructure most visitors never see: protection against spam and bots, careful handling of personal data, encrypted backups, and notifications sent straight to a messaging app instead of one more inbox to check. None of it is built to be shown off — it's built to be trustworthy in daily use.
Proof
servifold-app already runs the booking flow, gift-voucher system, and client database for a working tattoo studio — full production traffic, not a staging demo. It sits alongside the other systems we've shipped in this studio, from Survade's real-time game backend to Packmetr's load-planning engine — same engineering standard, different problem each time.
